Forms

Our project, callback and support forms collect your name, email address, message and, if you provide them, phone number, organisation and selected services. These are sent to our server and passed to the hosting provider's mail system to be delivered to our mailbox. We use them only to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you asked for.

Hosting and mail

The website and email are run on third-party hosting. Our host processes server logs and email transport as part of providing that service.

Abuse protection

To limit misuse, the contact handler stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address with a counter for 15 minutes. Expired files are removed on later requests. Message content is not stored by this mechanism.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service, and legal obligations. The site owner must confirm the actual retention policy before relying on this notice.

Cookies and local storage

We install no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. The only thing stored is your cookie choice, kept in your browser's localStorage so the banner does not reappear. If storage is unavailable, the banner simply shows again. You can change your choice at any time: reopen cookie choices.
